Biot Savart Law

In 1820, A French physicist Felix Savart invented and published a law called Biot-Savart law. Generally, Electric fields are created by the electrons. Whereas the magnetic fields are created by the magnets. Though they might seem different, but they're actually part of one large force called the electomagnetic force. In 19th century, the experiment proved that a wire carrying an electric current is a magnet. Since all electrons move through the wire in one direction, as a result a well-defined magnetic field surrounds the wire. Felix Savart designated an equation which describes the magnetic field created by a current-carrying wire and allows you to calculate its strength at various point in the wire or conductor.
